Seth was born in Poland on 12-14-94 and has been in the USA since 2-04. He came to the USA along with his biological sister but he will be placed in a separate home from her.

He is currently a 7th grader in special education classes. He has an IEP in place. There are no behavioral concerns at school. He gets along well with his classmates.

Seth is very healthy currently. He is currently in a residential setting for treatment. Seth has made huge improvements in his behaviors and ways of thinking while being in treatment. He has been diagnosed with RAD, PTSD, Depression, and ADD. He takes medication to help with his mood. He has been inappropriate with his younger birth sibling and with another younger child in the home. Seth will need to have continued counseling around his abuse as well acting out behaviors.

Seth is a natural athlete and enjoys all sports. He also enjoys puzzles and hand held video games. He is smart and likes to learn new things. Seth speaks English very well.

Seth needs a family were he receives a lot of positive praise as he has low self-esteem. He needs to be in a family with no very young children where he can receive on-going counseling to deal with his past.
