Chloe was born in the USA on 10/24/97 and taken at birth from her mother due to prenatal exposure to cocaine. She has lived with her current parents since she was 3 weeks old. She is Bi-Racial.
She has been diagnosed with ADHD and possible Bi-Polar. In the past, she has been diagnosed with RAD and ODD. Her diagnosis has changed multiple times depending on the center and the situation. She is currently on NO medications nor is she in counseling. She is also diagnosed with Expressive-Receptive Language Delay and she received speech therapy. She has an IEP to assist her educationally. Chloe will be going into the 4th grade in the Fall.
In May 2007, she was placed in respite. In this new placement, she is doing very well. The family notes that outside of their home, she functions appropriately. They feel that they are not the right family to parent her at this time.
She really enjoys dancing, swimming, camping and roller-skating. She would do best in a family that is very structured but has a fun nature. She can be very shy until she gets to know someone.
