 Ann was born in the USA on 11/28/92. She was placed in foster care when she was four years old. She has been in the same home since 1999. Ann parents live and work in a group home and they feel they are no longer able to provide care for her.
Ann is physically healthy. She is diagnosed with ADHD, RAD, ODD and mood swings. She has a history of sexual and physical abuse while living with her birth family.
She currently takes Wellbutrin, Adderall, Benadryl, Tenex, and Clindamycin (acne medication). She wears glasses to correct her vision.
She is currently in the 8th grade where she receives educational assistence. She receive average grades. Ann can get along well with children her age and older.
Ann enjoys reading and shopping as well as outdoor activities like rock climbing, rafting, and camping. She would do best in a family.
