Ali
was born in Poland on 4-10-96 along with an older brother.
She has been in the USA for 3.5 years.
Ali has been diagnosed with PTSD and RAD. She also has had a problem with depression and low self-esteem. This has lead to thoughts of hurting herself although she has never acted upon these feelings. In the past she has been inappropriate with her sibling. She is currently on medication to help stabilize her mood. She is residing in a treatment center where she is receiving intervention for her past abuse. Reportedly, she is responding very well to treatment and has made vast improvements in her behavior and ways of thinking.
Ali is in the 6th grade and has an IEP. She is in special education classes where she receives A’s and B’s in school and has no behavioral problems in the classroom. She tends to get along better with children her age or older.
She enjoys cooking, jumping rope, reading, music, and has a natural talent for ice-skating. Ali is outgoing, funny and full of life. She needs a committed family to help her heal from her past abuse.
